• Introducing our versatile and efficient unit, measuring 3.3m in length, 900mm in width, and 2m in height, with a weight just over 1 Ton.
• The Cattle Body Clamp featured in this unit is designed to accommodate animals of all sizes, from small calves 280mm to large bulls measuring 800mm. 
• Unlike traditional ratchet systems that require a specific tooth lock, our clamp utilizes a friction lock mechanism, allowing it to securely lock at any position. This advanced system not only provides enhanced convenience but also operates quietly, almost silently, compared to outdated locking mechanisms.
• The body clamp in this unit employs a push-pull system, enabling it to lock when pressure is applied against the animal and release when pulled. With this design, you can easily operate the body clamp with just one hand, eliminating the need for a two-handed approach.
• For seamless branding procedures, our unit is equipped with 12 access doors, with six on each side of the body clamp. These doors provide convenient entry points, allowing you to access the desired spot on your animal with ease.
• Our unit also features two sets of rump fingers, denoted by the yellow blocks in the provided picture. The top set is suitable for larger animals, while the bottom set is designed for smaller ones. By inserting a provided rod into the designated slots and moving it towards the hind of the animal, the rump fingers act as an anti-backing bar, preventing reverse movement during procedures.
• At the back of the unit, opposite the neck and body clamp handle, you'll find VET gates and a solid gate, enabling smooth entrance and exit from the crate. Additionally, a split gate on the working side of the crate allows safe access to the back of the animal for tasks such as artificial insemination. This eliminates the need to climb over or maneuver between crush poles, enhancing operator convenience and comfort.
• To ensure ease of use, we have incorporated a sliding gate/door at the rear entrance of the unit, enabling simple operation from either the left or right side. This feature greatly facilitates solo handling of animals, making it almost a one-man show.
• The neck clamp/head gate of this unit utilizes a friction lock mechanism, allowing it to lock silently at any position. It adopts a curtain-style design, opening up to 800mm, ensuring the safety of the animal by eliminating any obstructions on their feet during exit.
• The handle for the neck clamp can be adjusted along the body clamp to suit your preferred working position, whether it's at the back with the sliding gate, in the middle, or at the front. Its sliding functionality along the bar offers flexibility and convenience.
• For added convenience during tagging, dehorning, or working on the face of your animal, the neck clamp can be fitted with an optional accessory called the neck holder. This attachment, which bolts onto the front of the neck clamp, assists in securely holding the animal's head.
• Our unit comes with a standard QD enamel finish, but can be galvanized upon request. Additionally, you have the option to add 1m load bars for weighing your animals. All swivel points in this unit utilize nylon bushings, eliminating the need for greasing and ensuring smooth operation.

• The enclosure has a diameter of 6 meters (OD) and a radius of 3 meters.

 • The center post is 101mmx3mm in size and includes a swivel gate for easy access. 

• The swivel gate is equipped with an anti-backing lock, ensuring animals cannot push back once inside the circle. 

• The design features full plating, with an exit that allows daylight to be visible. This helps maintain a better flow of animals, preventing distractions and allowing them to focus on moving towards the designated exit.

 • The plated panels prevent animals from putting their heads through traditional horizontal pipes, effectively keeping them within the circle. • Depending on the breed, the enclosure can hold 15-20 heads of cattle at a time during handling. 

• The assembly is straightforward, with the panels bolted together for easy setup.

• Introducing our cattle crush gate with an 800mm sorting gate. 
• Operating this gate is simple: stand on the opposite side of the sorting gate and pull on a spring-loaded lever to open the gate. Release the lever to close it while sorting your animals. 

• Our cattle crush panels are constructed using robust round tube 48.5mm x 3mm, ensuring durability and strength to handle even the toughest bulls. 
• Each panel features 5 horizontals, providing additional reinforcement and sturdiness. 
• The panels connect seamlessly with a 16mm reinforced round bar, further enhancing their stability. 
• You have the flexibility to customize the length of your crush by adding panels, ranging from 3m to 30m, depending on your requirements. 
• The crush is designed to be mobile, allowing you to easily move it between different locations as needed. 

• Our sliding gate is designed to be fitted into your crush, effectively blocking cattle from entering or exiting. 
• The gate slides from the top, ensuring smooth movement without being affected by debris or obstructions. 

• Our cattle kraal gates are constructed from robust 48.5mm x 2mm round tube, providing a strong and durable frame. 
• Each gate contains 5 horizontals, further enhancing its strength and stability. 
• Our gates come with a reinforced 16mm round bar, surpassing the strength of standard 16mm round bars found in the market. 
• These panels allow you to build your kraal to your desired size, providing flexibility and adaptability. 
• The gates are designed to be mobile, allowing you to easily move them from one farm to another. 

•  These supports are essential components in your cattle crush, placed between every 3m crush gate, providing steadfastness and strength while working with animals. 

• The crate features sliding gates at the front and back for easy access. 
• It is enclosed with plates on the sides, reaching a height of up to 1.5m, ensuring safety and containment. 
• Load cells, including 1m load cells, are connected to the bottom for accurate weight measurements. 

• The system is adjustable up to 1.5m in height using a cable ratchet, eliminating the need for heavy lifting.
